The technician took his time, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure the problem was diagnosed correctly before doing any work. You can tell these guys really know what they’re doing — they’re smart, efficient, and extremely professional. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was happening. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Ready Rooter is definitely one of them. I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. This company is truly amazing. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was needed and, just as importantly, why it was needed. I called several plumbers in my area and couldn't believe how much they were trying to charge just to come out and replace a simple shut-off valve. Ready Rooter was a completely different experience — they came in at half the price and had the valve replaced within a couple of hours. Efrain called me as soon as he arrived at my home and kept me updated, letting me know when the job was finished. Huge thanks to Steve as well for getting everything scheduled and handled so quickly. The floor drain in our laundry room was backing up. I called and they were able to get to us the next morning. They were able to fix my problem quickly and for an entirely fair, reasonable price. Both gentlemen that showed up were friendly and kind...they even offered to mop my floor for me!! I Truly can’t say enough nice things about them. Hiring a plumber can be scary, but not anymore! Adam arrived and saved our little first responder family/fire wife in distress TWO days in a row-Day 1: stopped the leak, Day 2: fixed the leak once parts were available! After hiring roto rooter and rescue rooter and both companies being unable to find the exit point of the system and unable to solve the clogging problem, Charles Zimmerman with Ready Rooter was the first to properly identify the issue, find the drainage exit, and was able to write up a solution costing $10k less than the one from roto rooter. They came out to my house today to repair a clogged kitchen sink. Very professional crew. Treated me like a long lost friend. Very knowledgeable and explained everything the were doing.
